Welcome to Jom Discount! We are excited to have you join our network of top merchants. To ensure a smooth and mutually beneficial relationship, please read and agree to the following terms and conditions before signing up:

1. Agreement to Terms

By signing up as a merchant with Jom Discount, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

To register as a merchant, you must:

  • Operate a legitimate and legally compliant business.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during the signup process.
  • Agree to the verification of your business credentials as necessary.

3. Services Provided

Jom Discount will provide the following services:

  • Listing your business on our platform.
  • Promoting your products and services to our members.
  • Facilitating targeted marketing campaigns to increase visibility and sales.

4. Merchant Responsibilities

As a merchant, you agree to:

  • Offer discounts and promotions to Jom Discount members as specified during the signup process.
  • Honor all deals and discounts offered through the platform.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and product quality.
  • Keep your business information up to date on our platform.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Fees and Payment

  • Signing up as a merchant is free of charge.
  • Jom Discount may charge fees for additional promotional services or premium listings, which will be clearly communicated and agreed upon in advance.

6. Termination

  • You may terminate your merchant agreement with Jom Discount at any time by providing written notice.
  • Jom Discount reserves the right to terminate your agreement if you breach any of these Terms and Conditions or engage in activities that harm the reputation of the platform.

7. Liability

  • Jom Discount is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation as a merchant.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold Jom Discount harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your business operations or interactions with customers.

8. Modifications

  • Jom Discount reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and your continued participation as a merchant constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the partnership.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
